Our successful client, who have generated most of their business through recommendation, are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in their office based in Innsworth, Gloucester.
This is a hugely varied role where no two days will be the same and your main responsibility will be to contribute to the smooth running of the office. You must be a hardworking, adaptable, self-motivated individual with a positive 'can-do’ attitude.
This position would suit someone with previous office administrative experience looking for a change of direction and to work in a friendly and close knit team!
Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to all members of the team
-Raising purchase orders for materials
-Answer all incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
-Scheduling customer care appointments for new build departments
-Data entry into various systems
-General filing, photocopying and scanning
-Supporting the Management Team as required
Candidate Attributes:
-Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
-Polite telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
-Proactive with the ability to use your own initiative
-Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
-Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Salary: Up to £29,120 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm
