Minimum Requirements
- Experience working with and supporting young people, predominantly aged 16-18.
- Experience teaching or delivering workshops to groups of young people.
- Experience providing wellbeing and pastoral support to young people and sourcing support from external agencies
Responsibilities:
- Running sessions with whole groups of learners covering a variety of themes relating to general wellbeing, employability skills and careers guidance.
- Offering 1:1 support for students and working with tutors and our student support team to ensure that learners have everything they need to make progress and thrive on their vocational courses.
