Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing audits for a diverse range of clients.
- Preparing and reviewing audit planning and work.
- Ensuring audit files have all relevant documentation on the appropriate section.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team.
- Liaising with clients to understand their business and to manage expectations.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Continuously updating knowledge of audit regulations and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.
