As a member of the pension administration team, you'll support the Pension Administrator and work with the Pension Consultant to deliver excellent in-office and client service.

  • Based in Godalming
  • Up to £25,000 (DOE)
  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexitime
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job specification:

  • Collaborating with the new business department to ensure application details are accurate and complete.
  • Creating database records to establish new pension schemes quickly and accurately.
  • Managing and updating client data and transaction records.
  • Distributing incoming mail to the relevant recipients.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate database records.
  • Generating standard client correspondence as required.
  • Managing a schedule to ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
  • Logging copies of all correspondence under the correct references.
  • Handling client phone calls with professionalism.
  • Photocopying and printing routine and ad-hoc database reports.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as requested by the consultant to support smooth office operations.

Person specification:

  • Strong understanding of modern office practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet business goals and service level agreements.
  • Numerate, with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Collaborative team player.
