Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and client acquisition, including sourcing and direct marketing
- Communicating with clients
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Handling safety administration
- Coordinating safety, travel, and hotel bookings (January)
- Assisting with logistics administration, serving as a link from sales to delivery
- Creating aide memoirs for shows - essentially briefing documents
- Collecting customer feedback
- Providing general support and performing various office duties
- Client liaison regarding quotations
- Supporting payroll functions
- Assisting with operational tasks and providing administrative support to the on-site team
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong English and Math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to drive
- Desirable: Social media and presentation skills
