Harry at Amber Mace is working with a great client of there's to help them hire a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team in Godalming, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and complex care. The Clinical Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing care planning and assessments, managing and supervising the clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams.
- Oversee and manage complex care cases, including tracheostomy and ventilation.
- Conduct comprehensive care planning and assessments.
- Manage and supervise team members, ensuring effective performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar clinical lead role.
- Valid and clear RGN NMC Pin
- Extensive experience in complex care (tracheostomy and ventilation)
- Strong skills in care planning and assessments.
- Effective team management and supervision abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
