Sales Support Specialist - About the Role

  • Assist the sales team with the preparation of client proposals, reports, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives and clients.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support with the preparation of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The successful Sales Support Specialist will have:
