Support Technician
· Based in Godalming
· £22,000 - £30,000 salary (DOE)
· 25 days holiday (3 to be taken at Christmas) + bank holidays

Job specification:
· Setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and scanners.
· Installing and configuring necessary software applications.
· Offering technical support and assistance to end-users.
· Managing and administering user accounts through Active Directory.
· Diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues.
· Assisting with fundamental network tasks such as DNS and DHCP.
Person specification:
· 1+ years’ experience in IT Support or similar.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· IT certifications would be an advantage.
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
· Problem solver who can adapt to new systems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable meeting deadlines and multi-tasking.
