- Based in Godalming
- Up to £24,000 salary
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Job specification:
- Using the company's standard word-processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software.
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order.
- Printing off standard database reports, both routinely, and upon request.
- Storing and retrieving papers for follow-up.
- Photocopying.
- Production of standard letters.
- EID checks to be completed.
- All procedures necessary for the production of Financial Statements including emails, letters and telephone calls, scanning, database and uploading.
Person specification:
- Office experience is desired.
- Good knowledge of modern office practices/keyboard entry skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organised.
