It specialises in providing expert mortgage services and financial solutions to its clients, across Residential, Buy-to-Let, Bridging and Development Finance. The team is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and helping people find the right mortgage for their needs. It is looking for a dedicated Mortgage Administrator to join its dynamic team and assist in the smooth processing of mortgage applications.

Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure timely progression of applications
  • Maintain accurate records of client data and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
  • Assist in preparing mortgage-related paperwork, including loan offers and contracts
  • Monitor and manage pipeline to ensure that all applications meet deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to mortgage advisors and clients
  • Assist with the resolution of any issues or queries during the application process
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Mortgage Administrator Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar financial services role is essential
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and the application process
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Mortgage Administrator Desirable:

  • Experience using mortgage processing software
  • Residential, Buy-to-Let and Bridging Finance experience.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and industry standards
