- Develop engaging member case studies – interview members, create short-form video content, and write compelling success stories.
- Collaborate with members to share testimonials and showcase the impact of TEAM membership.
- Create targeted email sequences to re-engage inactive members and highlight TEAM benefits.
- Support retention initiatives by producing valuable and engaging content that reinforces the benefits of TEAM.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing assets using Canva.
- Write and schedule email campaigns via HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Manage and create content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including posts, reels, and member spotlights.
- Optimise and edit video content for YouTube, including testimonials, event highlights, and promotional videos.
- Improve SEO and PPC performance to enhance TEAM’s online visibility.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for TEAM’s quarterly networking events and annual conference.
- Develop promotional materials, including event flyers, countdown posts, and recap content.
- Assist with post-event follow-ups to maximise engagement.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase TEAM membership and engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure all marketing activities align with TEAM’s strategic goals.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
- Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, and video editing tools (or similar).
- Strong copywriting skills for email, blog, and social content.
- Experience marketing online and in-person events.
- A hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach – we need someone who gets things done.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Experience in recruitment marketing or working with SME businesses is a plus.
