My client is seeking a Multi Skilled Shift Technician to join their Estates and Facilities Management team servicing accommodation, commercial facilities and their Olympic sized swimming pool!

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational maintenance of premises, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and control systems are maintained in a safe, efficient, and functional order. You will handle both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, supporting their infrastructure and environmental control systems.

  • Maintain mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including statutory inspection and testing.
  • Carry out multi-skilled tasks such as electrical/mechanical isolation, fault finding, minor carpentry, and redecoration repairs.
  • Complete necessary administrative work associated with departmental management systems.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current full EU license or equivalent permanent licence.
  • Willingness to undertake training in other trade disciplines.
