Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger Invoicing
- Collection of monies in respect of unsettled invoices,
- Forwarding details of disputed invoices to the appropriate team-member
- Banking of cheques
- Using Sage
- Generate WIP Reports for review
- Post Sales Ledger Receipts
- Aged Debtor Statements/Letters
- Code/Enter Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Billable Time Reports
- Raise Credit Notes
- Filing/Scanning
- Supplier Payment Run/Ad hoc payments
- Ad Hoc Reports
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Numerate
- Eager to learn
