This is an excellent role for someone who is numerate, interested in accounts and seeking their first opportunity to enter into the sector. The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Accounts team, such as banking of cheques and approving invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger Invoicing
  • Collection of monies in respect of unsettled invoices,
  • Forwarding details of disputed invoices to the appropriate team-member
  • Banking of cheques
  • Using Sage
  • Generate WIP Reports for review
  • Post Sales Ledger Receipts
  • Aged Debtor Statements/Letters
  • Code/Enter Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • Billable Time Reports
  • Raise Credit Notes
  • Filing/Scanning
  • Supplier Payment Run/Ad hoc payments
  • Ad Hoc Reports

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Numerate
  • Eager to learn

  • Clear communicator
  • MS Office skills advantageous
  • Training provided for accounts specific tasks
