Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger Invoicing
- Collection of unpaid invoices
- Handling disputed invoices with the team
- Banking of cheques
- Using Sage for various accounting tasks
- Generating WIP Reports for review
- Posting Sales Ledger Receipts
- Preparing Aged Debtor Statements and Letters
- Coding and entering Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Creating Billable Time Reports
- Issuing Credit Notes
- Filing and scanning
- Processing Supplier Payment Runs and Ad hoc payments
- Producing Ad hoc reports as needed
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Numerate with a keen eye for detail
- Organised and proactive
- A clear communicator
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Basic MS Office skills (advantageous, but not essential)
- Training provided for accounts-specific tasks
