Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger Invoicing
  • Collection of unpaid invoices
  • Handling disputed invoices with the team
  • Banking of cheques
  • Using Sage for various accounting tasks
  • Generating WIP Reports for review
  • Posting Sales Ledger Receipts
  • Preparing Aged Debtor Statements and Letters
  • Coding and entering Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • Creating Billable Time Reports
  • Issuing Credit Notes
  • Filing and scanning
  • Processing Supplier Payment Runs and Ad hoc payments
  • Producing Ad hoc reports as needed

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Numerate with a keen eye for detail
  • Organised and proactive
  • A clear communicator
  • Willing to learn and adapt
  • Basic MS Office skills (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Training provided for accounts-specific tasks
