Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager to join the team. 

Location: Scotland (hybrid working)

Salary: £60 - £90K basic + competitive package

As a result of their continued success, they are looking to bring onboard a Sales Operations Manager to introduce a best practice approach to sales and ensure they are making the most out of every sales lead and contact. 

Sales Operations Manager – The Role:

Working closely alongside all functions of the business, you play an instrumental part in developing a robust and data driven sales process, focusing on delivering a high sales conversation rate. You will be involved all aspects from lead generation, stakeholder management, closing of the deals and ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients. 

Sales Operations Manager – Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Management: Develop, standardise and optimise sales processes to enhance efficiency and predictability; manage sales pipeline and workflow aligned with company goals

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data for performance trends, generate reports to inform strategic decisions and set realistic sales targets

- CRM Management: Oversee all aspects of the CRM ensuring that all relevant data is captured

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other functions in the business to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless communication/co-ordination among departments

Sales Operations Manager – You:

- Experience selling into the high voltage power space 

- Strong understanding of a consultative sales process, including CRM management

- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and technical experience
