In this role you will be responsible for training and managing a team of trainees, accountants and managers as well as leading client engagements and advising your clients on accounting and tax matters for sole proprietors, limited businesses within various industries including farming.

The ideal candidate will be a accounting manager or senior manager within practice who has managed teams, led client engagements and had some exposure to the farming sector and who wants to grow their career in a supportive, stable and growing practice environment.

THE ROLE:

• Client Management of Accounting and Tax Client
• Training and review of trainees work
• Review of operational work delivered to clients

THE PERSON:

• ACCA, ACA or CTA Qualified or qualified by experience in practice
• Managed small to medium sized clients
• Exposure to farming or agricultural focused clients
• Based commutable distance to Goole
