We are looking for an experienced finisher to join our team for a short-term contract at a new build housing site in Howden. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable construction company on a modern development project.
Key Responsibilities:- Completing finishing tasks on new build homes to high standards
- Snagging and rectifying defects in carpentry, plastering, painting, and decorating
- Ensuring all work is completed within specified timeframes
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Proven experience in finishing work, particularly on new build housing sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- CSCS card (required)
- Own tools and PPE
