Responsibilities:

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing fast-paced assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
  • Assembling parts, semi-products, or components according to plan
  • Using a limited number of specialised tools
  • Conducting quality sight checks or checks on functionality

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a production operative, assembly operative, or shop floor position
  • Motivation and a focus on target and quality driven work
  • A good eye for detail
  • Health and safety consciousness
  • Strong motivation and drive
  • The ability to build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships
  • Please note that this position requires standing for extended periods of time

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be beneficial:

  • Additional certifications or training related to assembly operations
  • Experience in a similar role within the mobility or manufacturing industry

Technologies:

  • Specialised tools or equipment relevant to assembly operations in the industry
