Role: SecOps Lead (permanent)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
Location: Edinburgh (flexibly hybrid)
Harvey Nash is looking for a SecOps Lead to join our FinTech client who experiencing significant growth in their market. This is an exciting opportunity to lead security operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing security monitoring and response processes
- Conducting threat hunting to identify and manage emerging risks
- Managing a SecOps team
- Collaborating with vendors and engaging stakeholders across the company
- Maintaining the InfoSec policy suite
- Managing security incidents and collaborating with AppSec/InfoSec teams to define standards
- Supporting audit and due diligence activities
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in InfoSec, ideally in Financial Services
- Extensive knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and concepts
- Able to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Expertise in using Security Tooling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
