What You'll Do:
?? Help customers with travel enquiries via phone, chat, and email
?? Solve problems with empathy and efficiency
?? Stay updated on promotions and policies
?? Support your team on projects and huddles
When and Where:
?? 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Sun, shifts between 7 AM - 11 PM
?? German line hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
??Edinburgh - Onsite
?? Start Date: 7th April 2025
