09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with all customer service queries and provide advice on chat, phones and emails
- Administering telephone orders, discounts and payment disputes
- Collaborate with returns department for deliveries, refunds & admin
- Reception duties as required
- Conduct warranty investigations
