The minimum requirements needed are (in addition to demonstrating your right to work in the UK):
- Permanent UK residency or indefinite leave to remain in the UK; and continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years; and A current valid passport

- The ability to handle a variety of calls with resilience and determination.
- Basic computer skills such as navigating between systems and switching between
- different applications.
- Flexibility, great attendance, and good time keeping making sure you're available for our customers when they need you most.
- Provide a world class customer service
- Ability to understand the costumer's needs
- Provide resolution at first point of contact, building trust Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Training Duration: Generally, 10 days
Shifts and Salary:
Working hours are BETWEEN...
- 08.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday
- 09.00am - 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday
Typically working 5 days over 7, with options for condensed hours working 4 longer days over 7
