Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating brake press machines and a strong understanding of metal fabrication. This role is crucial for ensuring the precision and quality of our manufactured components used in critical communication systems and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets and components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on brake press machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to accurately produce parts.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to address any issues or improvements in the manufacturing process.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
