Sonic Summary

We are seeking CNC Setter / Operators for a permanent position with our client.
The role involves setting and operating Mazatrol CNC Lathes and 5-axis Mazak mills.
Candidates must have experience with high tensile materials and be able to work to tight tolerances.
Familiarity with handheld measuring equipment is preferred, including micrometers and gauges.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a number of CNC Setter / Operators to join their existing team on a permanent basis.

The role will involve setting and operatingof Mazatrol CNC Lathes of 2 Axis and also using driven tool Lathes and / or 5 axis Mazak mills.

Candidates should be competent in carrying out firstoff inspection from route cards and fill out paperwork correctly, used to working with High Tensile and Ultra High Tensile materials, and be able to work to tight tolerances.

Candidates will ideally also have experience of working withhandheld measuring equipment such as micrometres, thread micrometers, groove micrometers (metric & imperial), bore clock, air gauges, height gauges and plug gauges and screw plug gauges.
