Responsibilities for a Workshop Foreman

Respond to breakdowns as required, using the on-call rota and company vehicle.
Manage and inspire a team of Engineers and Yard Operatives, focusing on customer satisfaction, while providing ongoing performance feedback and career development support.
Work closely with the technical department to update and maintain spare parts information on the Spanner system.
Optimize workshop operations to fulfill customer and business requirements for products and equipment.

Requirements for Workshop Foreman

Full UK driving licence
Experience working with power tools, diesel engines, powered access equipment
A can do attitude

Other industries considered;

Agricultural / Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant
