Who are you?
- Hold a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience in a primary school setting
- Understands how to support learning across different age groups and abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Brings a calm, caring, and committed approach to everything they do
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to both teachers and pupils across the curriculum
- Plan and lead learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher
- Offer tailored support to individuals or small groups, including those with additional needs
- Support behaviour, wellbeing and emotional development in a positive, nurturing way
- Be a proactive and reliable presence in our classrooms and wider school life
