We are currently seeking an Audit/Accounts Senior to join our client's team in Grangemouth, supporting an expanding client base. A Bit About the JobAs an Accounts Senior, you will report directly to the Partners and Senior Management team. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:* Performing audit procedures from planning through to completion* Preparing and reviewing accounts for Ltd companies, charities, LLPs, sole traders, and partnerships* Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, including providing meaningful commentary* Managing VAT compliance* Handling corporate and personal tax compliance* Staying up to date with technical knowledge in audit, accounts, and tax to proactively advise clients* Working within set budgets and timescales* Coaching and mentoring junior staff

A Bit About YouThe ideal candidate will have:* ACCA/ICAS qualification or an equivalent qualification* Experience working in the audit department of a general practice* Strong core skills in audit and accounting* Part-qualified candidates with some experience in the audit profession will also be considered* A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and to strict deadlines* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively* Familiarity with client accounting software such as Sage Line 50 and audit software* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel* Knowledge of IRIS would be beneficial but not essentialThis is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a new challenge in a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
