Driver Hire Grangemouth currently have a vacancy for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our local team. You will be developed in to a 360' consultant able to multi task between the 3 main elements of the industry; recruiting, business development and office operations.
Recruitment - responsibilities will include online job posting, social media, cv screening, telephone interviews, diary management, face to face interviewing, compliance, reference checking and data base management. These individuals could be job searching for roles such as labouring, car driving, van driving or HGV positions.
Business Development - you will be tasked with identifying prospect clients, understanding sales reports, telesales, customer surveys, face to face client meetings and generating new business through relationship building. These clients can be in sectors such as building materials, white goods, construction and food & drink, plus many more.
Office Operations - this aspect of the job role is the most challenging and complex, selecting the correct candidates from the recruitment process and placing them with correct clients. A huge jigsaw puzzle at times, but greatly satisfying when all the pieces fit!
We are a fast paced office where no two days are ever the same, however we pride ourselves on being a close team who follow the Driver Hire motto of "fun at work". We are looking for someone with an outgoing bubbly personality and quick to learn but who also appreciates hard work is required to make it all happen.
Driving licence essential
An understanding of the FK area is beneficial in terms of business, industrial and residential locations - but not essential.
OTE £30,000 (comprised basic salary, oncall allowance plus bonus & commission payments)
