A well-established distribution company experiencing steady growth is looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance team, based in Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with responsibility for month-end and year-end processes.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, including group consolidation.
Collaborate with department heads to set and monitor KPIs.
Assist in producing financial reports and statutory accounts (FRS 102).
Support budget preparation and quarterly reforecasts.
Manage VAT returns, stock reconciliations, and the fixed asset register.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
