Responsibilities include repair works in empty council properties, 2nd fix joinery, plumbing, and finishing skills such as plastering and decorating.
Candidates should have experience in property maintenance, ideally holding an NVQ or City and Guild qualification in Joinery, along with a UK driving license and their own tools.
This role presents a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of a permanent position and weekly pay.

I am looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a social housing provider in the Grantham area on a 3-6 month contract on the voids team. The role is £21 per hour and comes with a van and fuel card from day 1.

The Joiner Multi Trade will be doing:

Repair works in empty council properties
2nd fix joinery work such as kitchen fitting, door hanging and general repairs
2nd fix plumbing
Finishing skills like patch plastering, tiling and painting & decorating

The right Joiner Multi Trade will need:

Experience doing property maintenance
Ideally NVQ or City and Guild qualification in Joinery
UK driving license
Own tools

In return the Joiner Multi Trade will get:

3-6 month contract with potential for permanent role
£21 per hour paid weekly
Company van and fuel card
