Salary: 95 - 105 per day
Contract Type: Long-term with a permanent role available

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term-time only)

Long Term Futures is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join one of our valued partner schools in Grantham, part of a forward-thinking and supportive Multi-Academy Trust. This setting provides tailored education for young people aged 5-16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH.
- Assist in preparing engaging lessons and educational resources.
- Support pupils' emotional well-being and encourage positive behaviour.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams.
- Supervise students during both classroom and outdoor activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or SEN (essential).
- A calm, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.
- Confidence in managing challenging behaviours effectively.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in education.
