Are you looking for a new role in 2025, if so this role may be for you! An exciting opportunity has opened up for aPermanent,HR Coordinator to join a dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll support the Human Resources department by managing staff records, reviewing company policies, monitoring sickness and holiday leave, preparing employment contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and producing statistical reports.

What You will be doing:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and the Head of Human Resources.
  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to within agreed timescales.
  • Handle telephone enquiries from employees in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Prepare employment-related documentation for employees.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to new starters and leavers.
  • Maintain and update the HR system to ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Generate reports and management information as required.
  • Ensure employee files are current and well-organised.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including candidate communication and interview scheduling.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a HR role is essential (2 Years).
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS); experience with Cascade/IRIS is desirable but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
