Working for a business with numerous offices across Lincolnshire, you will be responsiblefor providing IT Support for all staff across multiple sites, both in person and remotely.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving IT issues both remotely and in person
- Install desktop/server software and hardware
- Proactive server and desktop maintenance
- In-depth troubleshooting of advanced issues
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the IT systems
- Previous experiencewithin an IT Support function
- Good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systemsincluding Windows 11 and Windows Servers
- Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange administration
- Understanding of basic networking principles
- Full UK Driving License is essential
