Simply Education is proud to be working in partnership with several welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Grantham area that are seeking qualified and competent Primary Teachers for exciting teaching opportunities starting from Easter and September.
Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
Salary: MPS1 to MPS6
Contract: Full-time and part-time positions available
About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across EYFS to Year 6 in a range of vibrant and well-resourced schools. Whether you are seeking a full-time role or more flexible part-time hours, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your needs and availability.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
- Supporting the academic and personal development of pupils
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure all pupils make progress
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work full or part-time depending on the role
