Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: 14.75 - 15 per hour
Simply Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or an experienced early years professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and education in an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality childcare and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Encouraging children's development through creative play, structured learning, and social interaction
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a nurturing environment
- Observing and tracking children's progress, supporting their early years learning journey
Candidate Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education
- A genuine passion for child development and early years learning
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Ability to work full-time or part-time, depending on suitability
