Location: Sleaford
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: 14.75 - 15 per hour
Simply Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Sleaford. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or experienced early years professional looking to support the learning and development of young children in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality childcare and ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and interactive learning
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Monitoring and assessing children's progress, supporting their early learning journey
Candidate Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years best practices
- A passion for child development and creating engaging learning experiences
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Ability to work full-time or part-time, depending on suitability
