Assistant Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £25k - £40k (DOE).

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
- Supporting the commercial team in managing groundworks projects.
- Assisting with cost management, valuations, and budget tracking.
- Procuring subcontractors and managing payments.
- Preparing and reviewing variations and change orders.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Attending site visits and liaising with project teams to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Producing reports and assisting with commercial negotiations.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
- Hold a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction (Degree, HNC, HND, T-Level, BTEC)
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience
- Based within commuting distance of Grantham
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
