Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling all commercial aspects of projects
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Preparing and analysing cost reports
• Negotiating and procuring subcontracts
• Advising on and resolving contractual and commercial issues
• Providing financial reporting and forecasting
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
• Ensuring security equipment aspects are evaluated and integrated

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the water construction sector
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience with NEC3 contracts
• Knowledge of security equipment within construction projects
• Ability to produce detailed cost reports and financial forecasts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in quantity surveying or a related field
