We are a well-established bridging finance company based in Kent, with around 50 employees, and we've been thriving in the financial services sector for nearly 10 years. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Sales Team and looking for a talented Business Development Executive and/or Sales Support Officer to join us.   • Support the sales team with administrative tasks for new leads
  • Build strong relationships with brokers and clients via phone and email
  • Assist in packaging deals from the sales team to the underwriting team
  • Provide the Senior Leadership Team with required daily/weekly/monthly data
  • Consult with clients and brokers to ensure their requirements are met on time
  • Coordinate with brokers, BDMs, and clients to issue the correct DIP
  • Follow up on DIPs and encourage application submission
  • Package completed applications for underwriting
  • Reach out to new brokers from our broker list to generate deals
  • Ensure compliance by registering broker forms and working with FCA-registered brokers
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline
  • Upload sales invoices
Minimum Requirements:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality service
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Quick to adapt to industry changes and responsive to training
  • Customer service experience
