This role will be based on site, managing both the facilities and lettings on behalf of our client at their supported living premises. You'll have the chance to add to your existing skillset in this 2 - 3 month contract with no weekend working and no nights.
Great opportunity to take on a varied and interesting responsibility-
Duties will range: ensuring the property is kept safe, clean and tidy, risk assessments, safeguarding, property letting, providing a reassuring presence, and enforcing tenancy rules where necessary. You'll also be able to get involved in arranging fun activities for the 50 or so residents!
Prior experience/knowledge within facilities would be highly beneficial; as would safeguarding training.
Vacancy with excellent work-life balance - Mon-Fri only! 37,5 hr work week- no night shifts or weekend working!
