We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our busy Kent branch as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor on a fixed-term contract of 3-6 months.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a professional, efficient, and courteous service via telephone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer queries and providing comprehensive information on our products, pricing, and delivery.
- Supporting our external sales team as an internal customer liaison, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Processing orders and price enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively following up on open quotations to drive sales.
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring all interactions are meticulously recorded.
