- Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions
- Supervising and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
- Conducting viewings, negotiations, and closing deals
- Developing strategies to improve sales and customer service
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Attending sales meetings and training sessions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in sales, valuations, and team management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Local market knowledge is preferred but not essential
Package & Benefits
