This award-winning agency is looking for an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team.About the RoleThis Assistant Sales Manager role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of residential sales experience and a background in valuations, negotiations, and team leadership. You will assist in managing the sales team, implementing strategies to improve sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions
