- Providing exceptional customer service, dealing with orders, queries and complaints
- Being the first point of contact for customers / clients including; distributors, end-users, service partners etc.
- Communicating with 3rd parties, customers and internal departments such as: Sales Operations, Customer Services, Engineering
- Maintaining systems and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Support the field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required and arranging fittings.
- Proactively solve problems that may arise and carefully manage customer expectations throughout
- 3+ years proven customer services experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Use and development of customer services systems
- Effective inter-departmental worker
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and positive approach
- International experience is desirable but not essential
