SRS are delighted to be working with a leading supplier of Ready Mixed Concrete in the South of England.

Overview:

We are seeking a significantly skilled, experienced and new business focused Sales Manager to join this collaborative team for an exciting next phase.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy aimed at driving growth and profitability.

Exceptional relationship management ability, Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities with both existing and new partners.

Managing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term collaboration.

Overseeing pricing strategies, contract negotiations and commercial policies, and working closely with the operations, transport, and technical functions.

Ability to effectively analyse market performance and accurate reporting through pipelines and monthly forecasts to the Senior Leadership Team.

Essential Qualities:

An extensive customer and contact network in the local market, a proven track record of achieving KPI's and sales targets.

Prior success implementing company wide sales strategies and defining sales processes.

Strong ability to analyse and address sales challenges, recommending and executing solutions.

Success in acquiring and retaining high value customers.

Independent, innovative, self-disciplined, and highly motivated.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Excellent presentation skills.

Prior knowledge and use of sales tools such as CRM/Client Relationship Management tools.
