Job Title: Construction Administrator
Location: Ebbsfleet (You will need access to your own transport due to the location of this company)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Term: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, including drawings, permits, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Assist with the preparation of project budgets, including tracking and recording expenses.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and track project progress, highlighting any issues or delays to the project team.
- Assist with the preparation of project close-out documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
