Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our client based in Gravesend working as a lead on specific visionary projects.

Duties

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and to a high standard.
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise. Manage expectations and facilitate decisions.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Maintain a RAID log and ensure timely resolution of any challenges.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, 5 years +.
  • Understanding of marine operations, construction, relocation/business change projects, navigation systems, stakeholder management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Risk management and problem solving skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to assess project performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
