This is an opportunity to work for a company who has been well established for the last 25 years within their industry. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely payment from our customers and maintaining healthy cash flow for our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will include running monthly statements, allocating payment receipts, and chasing outstanding customer payments. If you have a passion for numbers and a flair for customer service, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our client's organisation.

Duties:

  • Run monthly statements and issue statements on request
  • Allocate payment receipts and deal with any queries
  • Chase outstanding customer payments over agreed credit limits
  • Use SAGE to updated communications
  • Process card payments over the phone
  • Reconcile customer accounts and respond to queries
  • Work on reducing outstanding debtors
  • Monitor debtors balances and report any issues in meetings
  • Issue late payment correspondence when needed
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the team
  • Produce monthly reports

Do you have the following? :

  • Previous experience in credit control or a similar role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and administrative support
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively
