The RoleAs a scheduler, you will be at the heart of their operations. You'll interact daily with clients and our team of field engineers, ensuring our work runs smoothly and our customers remain delighted with our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers via phone or email.
  • Schedule and manage jobs for field engineers efficiently.
  • Ensure Health & Safety documentation is completed
  • Respond promptly to customer requirements and help resolve any issues.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Maintain a positive image of the company through excellent customer communication.
